The service we received for our event was outstanding. We did not want for anything. Refreshments and condiments were always at hand and refilled, the presentation kept fresh and inviting, and over all the attention was superb.

The food was beyond excellent. We received compliments (and still receive them to this day) on the quality and uniqueness of the buffet spreads for all meals. Some comments we received:

I just have to tell you that today’s lunch at Hewlett was absolute bliss! I just finished and I can’t recall ever having such a wonderfully prepared meal where everything was just perfection. The loin was moist, flavorful without being overwhelming or bland. The addition of leaks to the roasted potatoes was inspired, and most of all the vegetarian option which Shaka said was “braised greens with risotto” was sheer brilliance. The salad greens were so awesome, as I’ve become weary of eating piles of romaine day after day. The lemon tarragon dressing was refreshing and bright.

The strawberry shortcakes were perfection. The biscuits so fresh and crumbly, the simplicity of the strawberries and the freshness of the whipped cream. It was a perfect, guilt free dessert. It was so wonderful today to be able to enjoy a tiny bit of everything and find it satisfying in every way.

From the beginning, when I came to you with a limited “vision” and budget, you guided me through the entire party process, Maurice, and I appreciate that more than you know. Your advice about ABCO rentals, and your patient answers to my questions and changes were greatly appreciated. I’m in awe of how organized you and your colleagues are. The entire process, from the time you drove up, until Mani and Hooman left, was exquisitely choreographed and highly professional. In short, I didn’t have to think, plan, or worry about anything – I just enjoyed my family and guests, and the beautiful food you made. My husband and I both agreed that this was the best party of our lives, and may even have overshadowed our wedding, in terms of relaxing and just having fun.

Thanks for the terrific job with the Energy Summit. I got lots and lots of comments about the quality of the food and how pleasant and on top of it the staff was.
