Pan roasted filet, lemon tarragon vinaigrette, spring vegetable ragout

Pancetta wrapped, stuffed with sweet onions & herbs seared with citrus brown butter & Blue Lake beans

Alaskan Halibut – $29
Tender braised & served with a tomato saffron butter basmati vegetable rice

Garlic Prawns – $19
Tender roasted with garlic & parsley served over farfalle pasta & fresh vegetables

Petrale Sole – $28
Baked in creamy leeks and spinach in a shellfish sauce with a hazelnut crust

Organic Scottish Bay Salmon – $32
Served with fresh creamed sweet corn, heirloom tomato vinaigrette
