Pulled pork is a popular entrée with many of our clients these days. The variety of sauces that you can use with pulled pork means that you have many different choices when putting together a pulled pork feast for your guests.

First of all, you have a lot of choices as far as the way you serve it. Do you want sandwiches? We offer a variety of breads, ranging from buttery Texas toast to a fine multigrain. Also, you can serve the pulled pork separately as an entrée – or even mix it in with cole slaw, Memphis style, to make a tasty blend.

Then, there are the sides to consider. If you are going for an old-time barbecue theme, you’ll want corn on the cob, potato salad, macaroni salad, cucumber salad, and maybe even macaroni and cheese. You’ll want buttery rolls and cornbread, as well as a full slate of desserts. Peach pie, apple pie, maybe even pecan pie, topped with vanilla ice cream. This could work for a large office picnic, a family reunion, or even a casual wedding reception. The options are endless!
